A&A Communications provides personalized voice mail, voice mail with operator revert, toll free number voice mail and audio announcements.

Personalized Voice Mail
This is a solid cost effective way to keep in touch with your clients, customers and even friends. (Multiple extensions are available for departments, people, or specific product selections.)

When a call is received, your personalized greeting and messages are recorded for you to retrieve at your convenience. Flexibility in our voice mail technology allows for you to be productive. (For example: Setup the system to page you after each message is completed)

Live Operator Revert
Take note of this important feature. When a call comes into your voice mail, you can have the caller be given the option to speak to a live operator by dialing ‘0’; the call is then routed to our live operators for appropriate action or additional call screening.
Use this feature when you need benefits of a live operator along with voice mail.

Toll Free Number Voice Mail
This service works the same as personalized voice mail, except a toll free number is provided for your convenience.

Audio Announcement
Standard audio announcements are used to give callers specific information about a product, service or event, without a message option.
