ANSWERING SERVICE
“CLASSIC” Traditional Answering Service providing the name of the caller, company name, phone number, and a brief message. Each message is then immediately delivered by e-mail. Pricing for “CLASSIC” service is either by the number of operator minutes on a call or by the number of calls taken.

“CUSTOM” - Personalized Answering Service specifically designed to do exactly what clients require, including screening calls, collecting and giving pertinent information, delivering that information as instructed, dispatching, surveys, event registration, and order entry information. Messages are then delivered by e-mail, fax, text, or by our operator. Pricing is by number of operator minutes connected on a call.

“RECEPTIONIST SERVICE” — Your calls are greeted by our receptionist and then connected to the party they called just as if we are in your office. If the called party is not available our receptionist will ask the caller if they would like to leave a message in voicemail.
