About A&A Communications
Located within the Washington D.C. metropolitan area, A&A Communications is a telephone answering service with live operators. We have been in business since 1979 and have a variety of different clients, including non-profits, businesses and physicians. We service clients in many different ways, such as taking messages for them, screening potential employees and giving business or event information.

Mission Statement
Our mission is to answer your phones professionally and to deliver accurate information to you in a timely way. We represent your company or organization, so we want your customers to have a positive experience on the phone. Customers often get a sense of how a place is run from that first phone call. We know this, so we strive to know your business or organization well and to make sure your customers are served in a friendly manner. Our goal is to know our clients, and we have gotten to know many of them over the years, some of which have been with us for 20 years or more.
